India Vs Pakistan | ICC WC – 2019

Clash of the Archrival

From many decades India and Pakistan are archrivals on and off the field. Their hatred against each other is known across the globe. So, this match is going to be eye candy for India-Pakistan cricket fans.

After Shikar Dhawan’s departure from the series India has to experiment its opening order which everyone is curious about. Virat Kohli is confident about how his team is going to perform. Every match of India Vs Pakistan is a great opportunity that each player gets to create a magic moment and remain in the history books and as well as fans heart. After Soccer World Cup’s 1.6 billion viewership tomorrow’s match is expected to gain up to 1.5 billion viewership which in terms of number is unimaginable.

Micky Arthur – Pakistan Cricket Coach, is quite confident about his team and has a plan to be delivered his team. He is going to mainly focus on rupturing India’s new top-order batting which will gain Pakitan positive momentum from their star bowler Mohammad Amir (also the leading wicket-taker so far).

Usually, this pitch has favored pacers but tomorrow because of some brown patches may support spinners.

Pakistan has lost two of its four matches and won a match by a mere margin while the other match got abandoned whereas Indian team has had a positive start so far winning the first two of three matches as the third got abandoned due to rain.

MS Dhoni will be appearing in his 341st ODI for India, becoming the country’s second-most capped player after Sachin Tendulkar. (‘Goosebumps when the stylish long haired guy with his helicopter shots made billions of fans playing against this same team (Pakistan) while making 148 runs on 05 April 2005.’)

I hope and the 1.5 billion viewers hope it doesn’t rain and we all get an entertainment packed eyegasm.

India vs New Zealand| ICC Cricket WC-2019

After that amazing batting by Shikar Dhawan in the last match(117 runs in 109 balls against Aussies), he has been ruled out for next week because of a thumb injury. This is going to be great loos for team India as the set batsman like Dhawan is out of the series. Team India is thinking to get Rishab Pant (Wicket-Keeper, Batsman) into the series after appealing to ICC.

So far the WC Series is going good for Virat and the boys and the match against NZ will be interesting to watch as they have won all the three matches in the series (against Afghanistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh) and ruling the points table so far with highest Net Run Rate(NRR).

Trent Boult is in full form and is going to be a threat to the Indian batting line up as there is going to be a big change coming up after Shikar Dhawan’s injury.

New Zealand is the only other unbeaten team in the tournament and it could remain so if the weather stays the way it has been over the last couple of days in Nottingham. We hope it doesn’t rain and all the cricket fans get to watch an entertaining match.

INDIA Team :

There are more chances that three pacers may take place in the playing 11 and most probably Vijay Shankar would get a chance to play.

Probable XI: Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul, Virat Kohli, Vijay Shankar/Dinesh Karthik, MS Dhoni, Kedar Jadhav, Hardik Pandya, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Kuldeep Yadav/Mohammed Shami , Yuzvendra Chahal, Jasprit Bumrah

So far the team has remained unchanged for the Series and there are chances of Tim Southee getting a chance in the team. If Southee gets a chance and he gets to take the wicket of Rohit Sharma then it would be history and record of Tim getting Rohit out 5 times in ODIs.

Probable XI: Martin Guptill, Colin Munro, Kane Williamson, Ross Taylor, Tom Latham, James Neesham, Colin de Grandhomme, Mitchell Santner, Matt Henry, Lockie Ferguson, Trent Boult

India Vs South Africa | ICC Cricket WC-2019

On a strong note, it is going to be a positive match for Team India as the legendary pacer Dale Steyn has been ruled out of world cup squad because of a severe shoulder injury. Steyn is capable of making any batsmen nervous so for South African Captain Faf du Plessis and the team, it is going to be a huge loss.

Hashim Amla, declared fit, is set to replace David Miller. Dwayne Pretorius is the best option available to replace Ngidi, from South Africa’s previous game and becoming the third all-rounder in the eleven.

For Captain Kohli, this world cup is going to be everything he worked for all these years and with support of Tala Dhoni by his side, nothing seems difficult. And for the record, Virat Kohli has hit a hundred in each of his first games in a World Cup (100 in 2011, 107 in 2015). So, this is going to be a special one.

Captain Kohli has to select a pacer between Bhuvneshwar Kumar /Mohammed Shami for Playing XI second pacer.KL Rahul’s hundred in the warm-up has put the No.4 batsmen question to rest and Kedar Jadhav’s return to full fitness. Bhuvneshwar could have an edge going into this game if India prefers two wrist spinners against South Africa, against whom they’ve had success before.

Probable XI: Shikhar Dhawan, Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, KL Rahul, MS Dhoni, Kedar Jadhav, Hardik Pandya, Bhuvneshwar Kumar/Mohammed Shami, Kuldeep Yadav, Yuzvendra Chahal, Jasprit Bumrah

South Africa

Probable XI: Quinton de Kock, Hashim Amla, Aiden Markram, Faf du Plessis, Rassie van der Dussen, JP Duminy, Andile Phehlukwayo, Chris Morris, Dwayne Pretorius, Kagiso Rabada, Imran Tahir
